Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Notice

  5. A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.
If you give notice of copyright infringement by e-mail, an agent may begin investigating the alleged copyright infringement; however, we must receive your signed statement by mail or as an attachment to your e-mail before we are required to take any action. Heroes & Homes Team @Cabrillo Mtg & Rlty may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event Heroes & Homes Team @Cabrillo Mtg & Rlty removes the allegedly infringing materials, Heroes & Homes Team @Cabrillo Mtg & Rlty will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that Heroes & Homes Team @Cabrillo Mtg & Rlty removed or disabled access to the materials. Heroes & Homes Team @Cabrillo Mtg & Rlty may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
